Stimulus!

We've heard that the House and Senate negotiators arrived at a compromise for the stimulus bill...I've read different accounts of what public housing can expect. Anywhere from $3 billion to $5 billion. This would translate into $3,000,000 to $4,000,000 to the NBHA for "shovel ready" endeavors. We've been thinking about this since November 6th, so we have a number of projects on the drawing board as we get ready to bid. Seeing that we have around $18 million in deferred needs not yet funded, we'll have to do a round table to discuss how to spend this much needed funding...I'll keep you posted.
